The Talent Acquisition & Development Partner (TA&D Partner) is responsible for leading TA & Development initiatives across the Central Europe East Hub.


Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruitment processes in the Central Europe East Hub

  • Lead the constant improvement of the recruiter, candidate, and hiring manager experience through process optimization, new solutions and technology

  • Collaborate with key business partners such as: DE&I, People Analytics, HR Operations, Legal, Total Rewards, and Mobility as a TA Expert on diverse hiring situations, solutions and process improvements

  • Identify measurable success metrics and business trends, and communicate them with the right audience

  • Maintain an understanding of the talent market as it pertains to technology, programs, metrics and process best practices

  • Participate in TA project work and process/ program implementations

  • When necessary, manage external agency search relationships and processes

  • Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to drive effectiveness of position filling based on needs (e.g. time, cost, skill set, and diversity)

  • Assure and coordinate the quality on-boarding experience for new hires in close cooperation with HRBPs and Business Leads

  • Manage and coordinate Graduate Development Program in the Hub office, including: hiring, onboarding and development of Interns

  • Create strategies and solutions continuously strengthening CP Employer Brand across CEE Hub

  • Assure active Colgate’s presence at main Universities in CEE region

  • Manage and coordinate temporary workforce in CEE Hub office in Warsaw


Learning & Development

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to understand business and organizational goals to proactively identify learning opportunities and build the annual development plan

  • Drive learning needs assessment and execute learning programs for the Hub

  • Partner with regional and Global Learning teams to gather new emerging trends and develop new learning experiences to drive business goals

  • Work with (Center of HR Excellence) CoHRE resources to determine future direction, prioritize gaps, identify and implement right solutions

  • Coordinate and frame Talent Development and Performance Reviews in partnership with Business HR


  • Assure Hub wise communication related to TA, Learning, Talent Development.

  • Manage CEE TA & Development budget


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree combined with 3+ years experience with Talent Acquisition/People Development/ Learning

  • Experience in sourcing and qualifying candidates with a wide variety of skills

  • Superior stakeholder management and ability to partner with, advice, and influence in a consultative manner to foster long-term relationships

  • Proven track record of successful delivery against challenging time-to-fill targets

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

  • Commercial understanding and mindset

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Fluency in English (verbal/written)
